Wonderful dream in a large park with lake view
This hotel is an absolute dream - it is built in villa-style in a very large park area, including a large outdoor swimming pool. It is outside Wuxi downtown towards the lake - if you get a room on the lakeview side, you will waken up by the birds in the large hotel park, especially the wonderful bamboo woods. The hotel park further includes several fountain ponds with castle-like dimensions. The restaurant is also very good. Via sinohotel.com you can book this hotel to a very good price. Jogging from the hotel to the Taihu lake is a fantastic experience - for God sake the building of concrete housings seems to be completely forbidden on this side of Taihu lake with its wonderful hills flowing into the lake. Very friendly staff, perfectly English speaking.
