Dalian Youhao Binguan.
Dalian Youhao Binguan is an excellent hotel, very well located in the heart of central Dalian, about a half block from Friendship Square... The rooms are very good quality, clean, with cable tv, air con, and private bathroom... The only trouble with this place is that the front desk staff speak almost no English whatsoever. Nevertheless, they were quite friendly...
