Furama Hotel (5 stars hotel)
Furama Hotel Dalian is a five-star hotel. It is located in downtown Dalian. The hotel comes with complete full service and modern equipment.
Unique Quality: Furama Hotel Dalian have 832 elegantly appointed guestrooms , including 28 suites of various styles and grandeur. The hotel's 15 restaurants and bars offering a selection of gourmet French, Japanese, specialized Chinese and other international flavors.
The fully equipped Business Center provides a comprehensive and efficient range of facilities and is supported by a complete secretarial service. Private rooms for small meetings and interviews are also available for guest use.
There are 12 Banquet and Conference rooms for accommodating meetings anywhere from small breakfast gatherings to full scale international congresses, as well as a maximum of 1,500 persons for a seated dinner in the largest room (Furama Ballroom).

The best hotel in Dalian is the Dalian Hotel!
That's right, the best hotel in Dalian is indeed the aptly named "Dalian Hotel" (Dalian Binguan) in the heart of picturesque Zhongshan Square.
My second choice would be the Furama and then there's always the Hilton.
Shangri-La Hotel
The hotel is located in the heart of the city's booming commercial district and situated approximately 20-minutes by car from the international Airport.

Dalian Shangri-La Hotel
Oh yeah, I forgot the Shangri-La. I actually stayed there one night 2 years ago. One of the best things about Shangri-La's location is that it's right next to Hong Kong Bank (HSBC) and the Furama Hotel.
Dalian Binguan has much better scenery and remains my first choice, but you can't go wrong with the excellent service at the Shangri-La.
I haven't been in the Hilton yet, but I've heard it's one of the tallest buildings in Dalian. Maybe I'll try it out next time, or just take the elevator to the top and check out the view.
