The 14-year-old Dalian International Fashion Festival has made the city well known throughout the world. This splendid fair is unique for its wide involvement of local people, its strong flavor of opening to the outside world, and its fruitful economic returns. The international garment fair, the national young designers' contest, the fashion show featuring Chinese and foreign models, and the large-scale cultural square party have all proved a great commercial success, promoting Dalian to the world and letting friends from overseas feel the warmth of the local people.

The restaurant is original from Si Chuan province. All the waiters and cooks are from Si Chuan.
The soup is very spcial, it is called mandarin duck soup. The red part is really spicy. You can put lamp, beef, fish or many kind of vegetables inside. It tastes very delicious.
Surprise Dalian

For me Dalian was one of two very positive surprises when I visited China during my trip in 2004. I have to admit, I visited this city just because I wanted to keep my promise, to meet Susan, a very good friend.
Now I can say, it was a great idea to go there. I even fell in love in Dalian BEFORE my girlfriend Yanzhi and I arrived there. We arrived in the night and the view over Dalian from the airplane was amazing.
This city is also very clean and modern, the people are very friendly and ... if you love to eat seafood, in Dalian you have a big choice.
