Single Father moving into Dalian - Info Needed !

Hello freinds - Please Help.
I am a single father moving into Dalian with a four year old Daughter. I very badly needed some information and hence am trying to solicit information here..
Few questions on Dalian
- Do I have lot of options for English speaking day care centre and how much do they cost,
what is their timing ? (I am non native speaker but for her age, my daughter speaks better
english than a native child)
- How expensive would be English speaking (or not) governess for my daughter who can stay with us (or work from 8 in the morning till 8 in the night with weekend off)
- What is the range of price for a Motor Bike or a entry level car
- How is the range of price for the rental for a 2 bed room appartment (modest/good)
- Any special precautions warnings that would be applicable to my special situation
Any responses would be warmely appreciated.

Due to some expense freezes I would be landing in only by August. Hence is there a time period when admissions to kindergarten would be administered ? When is the normal school opening months in Dalian for the academic year begining ?

Travel Tips for Dalian
Walk around the underground...

Walk around the underground malls in Victory Square. It's absolutely massive, and has floors and floors of bedding, clothing, watches, hats, shoes... I don't need to go on. It's easy to find an exit back to the top, but don't lose anyone while you're there. It's really busy and confusing Well, I've been here for a month, so I have a ton of fond memories (some of which will not be mentioned) but I'd have to say my favorite was taking a midnight excursion after bar hopping and roaming around the city completely lost.
As a pedestrian

- there are no road rules followed
- cars back up around corners
- vechicles and bikes go wrong way on one ways
- walk lights mean nothing

Bingyu Valley

The valley, 240 kilometers (near 150 miles) north of Dalian, is located in the mountain near Zhuanghe. The 110 square kilometers (42 square miles) zone is reputed as Mini Guilin of northern Liaoning province, with towering peaks, hidden in clouds, and clean rivers which constitute picturesque scenery. Its beautiful scene reflects shadows of Guilin and Mt. Huangshan, however it is marked with its own features and characteristics. Bingyu Valley has special, ragged rocks and cliffs. There are many caves, in the largest one of which a temple had once been built. The uncontaminated valley reserves itself clean and clear waters, and nice vegetation. Many precious plants and animals thrive in the seldom-interrupted park.
