Zhang Xueliang's old house museum by RoseAmano
Zhang Xueliang, he was a first son of Zhang Zuolin who was the boss of the northeast military clique. He was born in 1901 at . At first they are cooperate with Japan. But one incident killed Zhang Zuolin by Japanese Kanto army. They blew up a train. And then Zhang Xueliang begun to resist to Japan. After 9.18 he never fight with Japanese Kanto Army not to be touched off the war. But unfortunately Japan occupied the northeast area. He was opium addiction and he visited to Europe. After then Xian incident happened. Chiang Kai-shek cooperated with the Communist Party. It was a passing phenomenon. He took his responsibility. He was arrested and Chinese goverment confined him leniently. After WW2 ended, the goverment was beaten by the communist party. They escaped to Taiwan. This building is their house. You can see the chinese turbulent history from Shin period to present chinese communist country.
He liked to dance. You can see the dance hall in this building.
He died in 2001. He lived to be 100 years of age. He told to the Japanese TV interview.
"I wanted to be a doctor to help human, but I had been a military to kill human."
