Tianyu Gloria Plaza Hotel Xian

We stayed at the Tianyu Gloria Plaza Hotel for 2 nights. Even though we had booked an Apartment Suite there was only 1 King bed in the room. We had to pay an additional cost for 2 single rollaways. After some negotiation they charged us a small fee. The rooms are dated, reasonably clean, (the carpets need steam cleaning) and bathrooms OK. This is defintely not a 4 star hotel in western standards but could pass for a 3 star hotel. The breakfast buffet was passable and the staff in the restaurant more than accommodating.

Some staff were accommodating while others were difficult, the problem seemed to be the consistency. You'd ask a question at the front desk the day before and the next day the answer would be different depending on who you spoke to.
