Quingdao is a lot more than the small area that we saw in our short citytour, that took us mainly to the brewery and the old town, the former german crowncolony of Tsingdao. But of course Quingdao is a modern city with more than 1 million inhabitants and we also saw a lot of skyscrapers and modern buildings in the distance from the ship and from the piers.
