The bar on the first floor is nice and quiet if you just want to have a drink, listen to the band, or shoot some pool.
(However) there are many working girls here, who typically sit alone at a table and eye the men all evening. There are also many working girls on the street outside this hotel; somehow this part of the city currently flies under the radar of the police in this respect.
Also, this hotel is not in an especially great area for tourists, but there are plenty of good restaurants around.
