Nice, pleasant, and greatly priced
Ok, as I was trying to find a hotel for our most recent stay we realized the prices were out of this world for rooms on the days we were gonna visit !!!! Most of the 5 star hotels were asking almost $400 US a night.... I found that too be just too much...so we ended up at the Courtyard and I must say the price was right $68 a night and the room was great in size and the staff extremely friendly always on hand to give directions or other services requested.... The hotel is about 2 blocks away from the metro, which is Shanghai literally takes you everywhere....as for cab rides across town the most we paid was 20 RMB from the French concession to our hotel.....we worth the stay and would recommend it to anyone...only down part was the breakfast in the lobby was 120 RMB about $20 US.... there is a McDonald's and a bakery within a block of the hotel so we choose to eat breakfast at the bakery for about 20 RMB each day.....
