Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Daning: Best Value New Modern Hotel in Daning
Satisfaction:

We stayed at Four Points Sheraton in Daning 6 months ago. It was a great hotel, good value (even better when we were upgraded to a suite), and great location (right by the subway station) and many local restaurants if you dare. We had a good time pointing and ordering and brought them back to hotel to eat. It was within walking distance to Shanghai Circus World which had good entertaining acrobatic shows. There was also a supermarket in the next building (but not overly noticeable) for your convenience. Plenty of more upscale restaurants (both western and asian) and massage parlos a few meters away. The room was modern, new and spacious. The mattress was firm but not hard, and the bedding could be slightly better (of course we can't expect it to have Westin's), breakfast was included which had both asian and western flavors. Here is the link to that hotel (there are two Four Points Sheraton in Shanghai) in case you want to check it out. http://www.starwoodhotels.com/fourpoints/property/overview/index.html?propertyID=1986
Have a safe and pleasant trip!
Pool. Our room had a great view of the city and the Stadium.
Directions: Daning District , next to Yanchang Road subway station, close to Shanghai Circus World, and within easy access of the North-South Elevated Highway and Central Ring Road.
My stay here was pretty short... but I have no complaints on the hotel.
Good points:- - well equipped - LCD TV - interesting place for the coffee/tea - nice shower - clean - good breakfast spread, nice environment for the breakfast area.
Not so good points- I found the bed sheets kinda rough, as compared to the other hotels I've stayed in. It should be soft and silky and comfy, but I didn't find it so in Sheraton.
