Excellent hotel
Galaxy Hotel is located in the Hongqiao Business District, it's a 5 star hotel with all the facilities and an excellent location. There are lobbies on the first and second floors. It's part of the Jin Jiang Hotels, the largest Asian-owned hotel group and it was included in my tour package so I don't know the cost per night but it must be expensive. Very worthwhile.
Unique Quality: According to the brochure I was provided, Galaxy Hotel has 12 food and beverage outlets including Terrace Restaurant (Cantonese), Chao Gang City(Chao Zhou), Fishermen's Recipe Restaurant(Hong Kong), Hanjiang Korean Restaurant, Poolside Cafe and Galaxy Disco KTV. It's Business Center, Coffee Shop and Room Service all provide 24-hour service. The hotel also includes a gym, beauty parlour, sauna, steam bath, massage, billiards, table tennis, mahjong and a bowling alley.
