Hi there again, I disagree, I think you need at least a week in Shanghai. We spent one week there, and would have loved to stay for longer! I think the only things you missed out on your list of things to do, is to visit the 3 main tall towers in Pudong, being the Oriental Pearl Tower, Jin Mao Tower (with Cloud 9 Skylounge being the highest bar in the world!) and the newest one is SWFC (Shanghai World Financial Centre - its the one that looks like a bottle opener!)
I have pics of all of these towers on my Shanghai page, so take a look and you will soon see that they should not be left out of your itinery!!!

Square Pagoda Located on...

by Jiang_Cucha

Square Pagoda Located on Zhongshan Road(E) of Songjiang County, the Square Pagoda was erected in Yuan You period of the Song Dynasty(949-1094 AD.). It is one of the best-known pagodas south of the Yangtse River and follows the type of Buddhist square pagoda of Tang Dynasty. In front of the Square Pagoda stands a brick screen wall on which is sculptured a legendary creature named 'Tan' featuring deer's antlers, lion's tail , dragon's scale and ox's hoofs.

Nanjing Lu

by marciaca

The street from the People's Square to the Bund. About half of the way is pedestrian only. There are a lot of shops, but many of them are chains, like the United Colors of Benneton or Starbucks. Any souvenir there, you can find for cheaper in old town.

Huangpu River Trip

by Willettsworld

I took a nice river trip on a nice boat that left near the Russian Embassy on Huangpu Rd. This is a great way to see the wonderful building of the Bund and Pudong. The trip lasts about an hour and cost Y50.
