Mangosteen fruit was being sold by many merchants in the streets of Shanghai. This small purple-brown fruit (which is unrelated to the mango) has tasty white segments inside with a tart, sweet flavor.

Hi, can any kind soul out there share with me how to go to nanjing from shanghai? I'm staying at Shanghai Post & Telecommunication Hotel. Is there any train thaT I can take? what is the cost like? how long does it take?
What the weather like in Shanghai now? Is there any fog/ sand storm?
You can search all of information at http://english.ctrip.com/. However, NanJing is 14c today. You can take train or bus from ShangHai to Nanjing, why don't you ask the hotel you stay help you book tickets?
I am a shanghai resident.Today is a sunny day 11~18c. No sand storm and seldom in shanghai :P

Highest Bar in the World.
Reservation highly recommended.
Personally I found the views from the TV Tower much better than here. As the Jin Mao Tower is more squarish in shape, many parts of the city is being blocked. For a better view, I highly recommend the TV Tower. But, if you want to have a drink at the highest bar in the world, this is the place to be!
The decor is modern and stylish and the menu offers a mix of traditional and innovative Shanghainese cuisine that is very tasty. Try the 'la la ji ding' or spicy cold chicken noodles or any other of their fabulous cold appetizers. An unique dish is the stir fried beef with deep fried dough sticks, a mix of crispy and soft textures.
There is a tunnel connecting the two banks of the Huang Pu River - the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel. It is a great way to get across the Huangpu River if you are on any side of the river and want to go to the other.
Modern high technologies are applied in the decoration of the interior walls of the tunnel, providing the passengers with background music as well as pictures, patterns and views about people, history, culture, science and technology and natural scenery.
The CCTV tower is just as impressive in the day as it is at night. The waterway was packed every night during the May day holiday, hawkers were selling all sorts of light up toys. Even the kites had lights which twinkled.
You can cross the water through this 'futuristic' light show tunnel. It was funny with twinkling lights accompanied by English/ Chinese dialogue. It went from an 'underwater world' to an evolution of the earth with a bit of 'hell' thrown in.
A trip to the Peace Hotel top floor bathroom was rather rewarding in more ways than one. I opened the window to this wonderful view, Mike and Dad did the same thing in the mens bathroom. Unfortunately this was as far as we got, the actually balcony was inaccessible.
