Helpfulness
The meaning of hospitality is foreign to the staff
Do NOT go to this hotel. Never have I experienced such rudeness. The staff are ignorant, unethical, incompetent, unreasonable and plain rude. I was disgusted.
Unique Quality: None. Was utterly appauled with the service.

a so so hotel
company pick this hotel for me as this hotel is close to the office. this hotel has many japanese guest stay in as this hotel previously it is under Japanese management to maintain. my stay was ok, but just the bathroom drainage was not very good. also, room was a bit old and dark.
