If we go to Shanghai and Beijing this april, will the clothes they will be selling in malls and department stores be winter clothes? The country i am from has no winter!

In April winter is gone in Shanghai. but if you still felt cold, wear layers of sweaters and good nylon jacket outside. In Beijing they still sell thick padded nylon jacket in April.
Beijing is still windy but Shanghai is getting warmer in April. Don't worry about your clothes since there are department stores selling winter clothes all year round in both cities. I can't remember the exact one in Beijing but I am sure I have seen one on Nanjing Dong Lu near the bund in Shanghai.
Sorry, maybe i worded my question wrongly... i mean will the shops sell shirts, clothes that will be good for summer clothing? We'll be buying clothes for summer wear, as our country is generally hot most of the time.

This is one of the largest jewelry stores I have ever seen. It covers 3 floors with Gold, Platinum and Jade. The gold is mostly 24 carat jewelry, because this is the Chinese tradition. The gold and platinum jewelry is sold by the gram at the official government rate. You pay mostly for the gold, not for the workmanship, so it is sold at bargain prices compared to US prices.
If you can't find what you are looking for here, just walk outside. There are many very large jewelry stores on this street. 24 carat Gold, Jade, and Platinum are sold here. You pay by by the gram here. Each piece carries a weight tag. The unit price is listed on a sign on the wall. They have calculators present a each counter so you can calculate the price.
Tucked away on the second floor of the Sofitel Hotel, facing Nanjing Road, is the chinese restuarant which serves classical chinese dishes. Sure you can get this anyway, but when you stumbled on to something good, one should share. Even though it's not the most exciting restaurant, but I guess that why they have the time to prepare such delicious meals. Try the duck's tongue. It's like eating jellyfish, only crunchy.
The Oriental Pearl Tower is Shanghai's most recognizable building, and dominates the Pudong skyline. It was completed in 1995, and rises over 460 meters above the ground, making it the tallest TV tower in Asia. The tower's unique design features 11 spheres, some of which contain restaurants and observation decks that are open to the public. The highest observation deck is 350 meters above the ground.

My first time went to China.
Found Shanghai is a cosmopolitan city, even more cosmopolitan than Singapore. I was there by end of November, it was winter time.
Public transportation in Shangai is quite comfy. Subway is using English, though the officers are speaking limited English.
If you take taxi, write the destination on Chinese words would be helpful as most of the taxi drivers do not speak English.
It was so save to use both subway and taxi in Shanghai.
Food are delicious..typical Chinese food.
