Clothes Shopping in China in December....

I am planning to come to china in December for clothes shopping but I want to know if all kind of clothes shops are selling winter clothes only or summer and winter clothes in December..Thanks..Waiting for your reply...

In Shanghai I would expect winter clothing. Maybe down in Shenzhen you will still be able to buy some summer clothes.

Please be aware that you will NOT be able to try on the clothes in a lot of the shops...most annoying if you are a foreigner and you don't exactly have the same slim body as many of the Chinese women do :)

Well, where exactly in China? Shanghai only?
I live in Shanghai and I'm a native speaker of Chinese, so I have the luxury of buying summer clothes off-season (ie in winter) online. Otherwise for your case you'll only find winter clothes in the stores.

There you can buy a lot of local craft and excellent souvenirs for everybody. It is huge! You can easily get lost. Stop by the Tea House and eat in one of many of the restaurants located there. Be sure to go with plenty of time, comfortable shoes, many bags and a very big wallet because there are so much to see and to buy. Also take some time to enjoy the music and performance of local artists. White Rabbit candies, clothing, tea, etc. but don't you buy electronics. I bought a memory stick but it didn't work! as much as you want but don't forget to bargain!!!
Delicious Shanghai Snacks

In Shanghai you must try its famous snacks, especially the Nanxiang Xiao Long Bao, which is absolutely delicious. It is a kind of bao zi or steamed dumpling filled with ground pork and soup. The soup is the special part about these dumplings -- you have to first bite a small hole in the dumpling and sip the soup out. Then you can dip the dumpling in vinegar and enjoy it. I like to put the whole dumpling on a soup spoon to avoid spilling anything.
There's also a kind of dumpling that contains only the soup and you put a straw into the dumpling to sip it out. I personally don't like this kind... I still want the meat inside.

Zhouzhuang has a number of cute little bridges, the most famous of which is the Ming dynasty Double Bridge or Key Bridge (because of its shape). All the bridges are clearly marked on a map handed out with the entrance ticket.
