The yellow tiled sidewalk path... by Yubert
The yellow tiled sidewalk path sure looks colorful but it also has a practical function. It's supposed to be used by the blind or sight-impaired. They can 'feel' there way along the raised bumps.I don't think I ever saw any blind people using the yellow path but I was told that's what is was intended for.
