Salvo Hotel
The Salvo Hotel is located in the Huangpu district of Shanghai, just 15 minutes walk from the Nanjing East Road pedestrian street. Its location is good for both the leisure and business traveller.
Unique Quality: The hotel has full broadband access in the rooms. The buffet breakfast is sumptous and includes both Chinese and Western selections. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Pudong Airport for its guests at 50 RMB at specified times of the day.

Salvo Hotel (4*)
Usually the more dreadful the name, the worse the hotel, but the Salvo Hotel, a newly opened 5-star hotel seems to be a bit different. However, it gets its 5 stars from the list of facilities: think 4 star really.
The rooms are sumptuous and remarkably good value considering the downtown location (RMB608 per night).
Unique Quality: Free broadband internet on a PC in the room, a separate lounge area, and very comfortable bed.
Great shower - one of those massage showers with loads of jets.
Downside was that the basin hot water constantly ran a murky brown colour.

First off, I would appreciate if you could make the effort to put in proper punctuation as it makes it easier to read. We're not using telegraphs anymore.
For accommodation, please be more specific about your price range.
The best bet for Muslim food would be the Xinjiang restaurants. Even KFC and McDonald's aren't halal here.

There're many of them around but I can't name ALL of them, I'm not a street directory. However there're 2 Xinjiang restaurants near where I stay and they're located at the SW and SE corners of the Fuxing Zhonglu x Xiangyang Nanlu junction. The nearest metro stop is Shaanxi Nanlu.
I presume you named your price range in USD? With 80-100 USD, some of my choices would be Paramount Hotel, Park Hotel, Pacific Hotel, Salvo Hotel...
