Xu Jia Hui

Xu Jia Hui It is one of commercial centres of Shanghai. There are shopping centres, cate street, restaurants and digital cinema etc. You can catch subway to be there. I took this photo by sitting at stepstone of Gang Hui Plaza. I love the nightfall of Xu Jia Hui. Also I had many memorable moments at there 2 years ago.
Park 97

Park 97
With its green and yellow terrazzo floor and dark wood-boothed dining areas, Park 97 invites guests to eat delicious Western influenced meals and snacks or just drink a cafe latte while perusing the many imported magazines.
With a seductive mural as its centerpiece across from the cocktail bar, the bar provides cocktails, beers, wines and champagnes. Further into the back of the Cafe sits The Lounge mezzanine overlooking the Cafe; its cozy dark autumn colors and warm lighting and ambient music take you to another dimension of Cafe society.

I really have so many favorite restaurants which is not very famous though. Sometimes, you will get a surprise from those small restaurants, but when you visit Shanghai, you can't miss to go to Zhapu Lu, which is called food street here. There are lots of restaurants there that you even can't count how many it has. You will also find all kinds of food you like, especially Chinese food. And if you want to try the western food in Shanghai,Henshan lu and Dongping lu are the best choices.

Shanghai Nights

"The Cauldron"
I describe Shanghai as dynamite on the end of a very short fuse.....
At anytime, and usually when you least expect it, it can erupt into a feverpitch of noise and furious activity.
The dusty, smoky streets filled with often bad drivers, in even worse cars makes for an accident waiting to happen. And road accidents are what you can expect to see on most days.
I still love the city though!! Full of so many pleasant surprises. Although, when i first arrived i thought for a while i was an extra on the set of the Jetsons!
"Yuyuan Gardens Bazaar and River Cruises"
One of the biggest surprises of the trip. The Gardens are relaxing (when you find some peace from the tour groups), and the adjacent Fangbang Street is great for souvenirs!
The buildings are just huge, and there are so many of them! You can easily get lost, just wandering through the beautifully decorated world of the Bazaar, whilst it also offers the perfect opportunity to stop for nibbles with a vast choice of different eating places.
I love art, but by this stage i was not prepared to see any more darn student art exhibitions!!! So when i was once again approached i made a runner for the nearest garden entrance, and duly lost my way in the hoards of american tour groups!!
"The Chinese Circus"
A great night out! We were wooed again and again by allsorts of fire jugglers, birds appearing as if from thin air, amazing acrobats, and the finale, which involved eight motorcyclists and a relatively small see-through ball. Truly breath-taking!
