ROBBED and Humiliated
We were on our very first night. Sleeping very soundly as we were all very tired. Only to wake up the next day to find that we've been ROBBED while we were sleeping in the hotel room!!! 3 Nokia mobile phones (N70, 6630, 1600), 1 Compaq laptop, these gadgets were all relatively new (amounting to US$2500 in all)! Money was also taken from my wife's bag and wallet, RMB 1000, a few US dollars and Philippine Peso 520. How did this happen?!!! Nobody could give us an answer, not even the hotel's management staff! They deem it impossible for us to lose our things and money to thieves. They view their security as 100% safe. There aren't any cameras on the hallway, niether at the elevator lobby, only inside the elevators. There's also no electronic safe inside the rooms. So, where is security??? There aren't any!
Unique Quality: The hotel at first was telling us that they were going to assume all responsibilities. But they had a change of heart. We just asked for them pay us back our material and cash money losses. No more moral damages, etc. They don't want to and guess what ? They are entertaining the thought that we set them up! Talk about cheap tactic!!!

ROBBED and Humiliated
We were on our very first night. We were sleeping very soundly, since we were all tired. We woke up the next day only to find that we've been ROBBED while we were sleeping!!! How did this happened?!?! Nobody knew. The hotel's management refuses to acknowledge this fact. They kept on insisting that nobody got in our room. It's not magic that our gadgets have disappeared!!! A Nokia N70, a Nokia 6630, a Nokia 1600, 1 Compaq laptop, these gadgets are all relatively new, 6 months old! Taken also from my wife's bag are some cash money amounting to RMB 1000, a few US dollars, and 520 Philippine peso.
Unique Quality: This hotel / service apartment is not accepting any responsibilities. And the management staff are accusing us of planning the robbery!!!
