Cheap Rooms: Just ask the Taxi Driver
Counter intuitive to trust Cab drivers. But, Worked for me in Yulin. Couldn't find cheapplace and taxi drivers didn't understand a westerner wanted rock botto, Chinese Accomodation, Until I asked for "economic Room"fro the LP guide.
Ended up with 10yuan room, quite central.
