InterContinental Century City Chengdu

We spent a week at the Intercontinental over the Chinese New Year and it was well worth it.

Great service. Excellent food and wine. Spacious rooms.

It's in a new part of the city, close to the new convention centre and discount fashion shopping mall
(Armani, D&G, etc).

Central city is half an hour by taxi. Would definitely stay there again.

Great experience in Chengdu, as one could expect from an InterContinental hotel.

Accomodations are comfortable and make you feel at home, despite the sober decoration. City view is also amazing, but the distance to downtown Chengdu could be too much. But if you do not mind having to sit on a taxi for 30 minutes, the hotel itself worths the stay. Taxis are also inexpensive...

It is located near an outlet mall and beside other Holiday Inn Hotels, which gives you some additional restaurant and shopping options if time is short.

Airport is located not far from the hotel and a taxi ride is inexpensive.
