Stop for Tea at a Tang Temple by Orchid
Just north of the central square, and easily accessible by walking as well is the venerable Wenshou Buddhist temple. Come along in the morning when many groups will be visiting to light joss sticks and make offerings to gods or ancestors.Monks still wander through the courtyards, and after you are finished taking in the atmosphere, stop for tea at the teahouse in the temple grounds. Just pull up a chair and you'll soon be served by one of the tea vendors walking around with big pots of hot water. Once seated, your cup of stone Flower tea is bottomless. And yes, there are toilet facilities for those particularly cold days....
