Jiuzhaigou (Song-pan) airport taxi
by takadanobuyuki
I reserved rooms of the Jiuzhaigou holidy-in hotel on October.
I am going the hotel by TAXI from airport. (individual family tour)
Should I make reservation a TAXI with somewhere or Can I get a TAXI from airport on no-reservation?
If no taxi at airport, where or how can I make reservation for transportation from airport to the Holidy-in Jiuzhaigou Hotel?

Hi,there
It is easy to take a Taxi at the airport but relatively expensive compared to car rental, many of the taxi drivers provide their contact way on the internet, but with all Chinese information. I am not quite sure if they can have a english talking through the phone, here I post a driver's contact way, you can try to drop him an email in advance.
Name: Mr. Jiang
Phone nember: 13551775921
Email address: jzm624@163.com
Blog: http://mldjzg.blog.sohu.com/
And almost every driver in Jiuzhaigou can help with all the reservation their clients may need in Jiuzhaigou.
Travel Tips for Jiuzhaigou
scene spot
by Irised_sky
Jiuzhaigou is formed by lakes, waterfalls, villages and rivers, the scenry area is scenery. so that shuttle buses is serviced from spot to spot, which is very user friendly.
The best season to visit there is Autumn, it is because after the rain in summer, the lake and waterfall would be more rich. Also the green, red and yellow leaves of trees will enrich the colors of the view.
Lakes - Cui Hai
by imstress
There are 114 lakes with Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve.
They are refered to as Hai Zi because the tibetian stay in high altitude and has never seen the sea (Hai). The lakes are therefore translated as "The Children of the Sea" (Hai Zi) or as small sea.
My favourite lakes are Fiver Coloured Lake, Five Flower Lake, Long Lake, Mirror Lake, Tiger Lake, Arrow Bamboo Lake.

Given the beauty scenary that has Jiuzhai Gou, many couples of just married or boyfriends take photos with the lakes and rivers background with their impressive colours
There are other types of photos and are those made by Chinese tourists who wear the local Tibetans clothes
Travel by bus
by simsky_pat
I believe that travel by bus to Jiuzhaigou is the best way to experience China. You will miss so much of the local landscapes if you fly. The bus ride was more pleasant than I imaging (9-hour), the road was smooth and the journey pasting many mountain valleys was fantastic. Highly recommend the trip by road first (if you don't mind karaoke on board/dirty toilets) and then to fly back.
Summer
by sylina
In summer, Jiuzhaigou is set off by green shades. The colourful lakes, flowing waters are combing the green leaves and water grass; the waterfalls like silver screens are expressing themselves most unscrupulously. Soft wind sways the Buddhist streamers, the tops of the trees and your heart as free as the flowing water.
