Victory Hotel: 15 floors of good quality rooms
I have been less than one week in this hotel. Cross the street is shopping mall and McDonalds. Other side of hotel is popular shopping street and big covered shopping area. Few times "massage" was offered by phone or in elevator and once I saw some brutal kickboxing in front of hotel.
Unique Quality: Western food in downstairs restaurant is good.
