You can write the address in this way in English, normally there is no problem to be sent to the right person in most of big cities in China nowadays.
(pls do remember to check the postcode in the envelop, should be correct, it's quite important!)

But actually the correct way to write address in Chinese language is in reverse order,
"China
Postcode city
Street - room number
Person's name"

Hope my information would do some help for u and good luck!

BTW, the name of province which Xi'an locates should be "Shan Xi" instead of "Xi Shan". the name of city or place in China does not have to reverse its order even used in English.
So, it's quite complicated for foreigners learning Chinese, right:)

Urumqi is traditionally the last stronghold of Chinese civilization in the land of Xinjiang, or "New Territory", traditionally inhabited by desert oasis civilizations and pastoral nomads. Being a town primarily devoted to defense and administrative functions, it is not a place with a lot of historical or cultural interest. For that you'd go to Turpan or Kashgar. Only 1/7 of the population of Urumqi is ethnic Uyghur, the dominant minority group in Xinjiang speaking a Turkic language. The Uyghur are muslims, and most do not mix with the majority Han Chinese here.

Social problems aside, Urumqi is a central location for visiting the majestic Tien Shan mountains surrounding the city, the nearby desert oases with 3 millenia of history (Turpan especially), and cultures of Turkic ethnic groups - Uyghurs, Kazaks, Kirgiz, etc. Urumqi is reputed to be the furthest city in the world from the sea.
