We spent 2 nights in this hotel and find it pleasantly comfortable and clean. It provides all the basic necessities you find in a 4 star hotel. The bathroom is spacious enough and most importantly, clean.
We like this hotel also because there are rows of shops just outside and behind the hotel. There are a number of mini marts and fruit stores where I bought my mineral water and fruits. There is even a shop selling pirated DVDs at $3 to 4RMBs per disc. With just maybe around $10 RMB, you can hail a cab to the more busy streets to have your meals.
Well, this hotel is not located at the busiest street but it's sure can satisfy your basic needs and requirements.
The breakfast buffet offered quite a spread from cereal with milk, salads to chinese white porridge and Yunnan spicy noodles. Sigh, noticed some of my tour mates, took the hard boiled eggs from the breakfast spread and keep them in their bags for their afternoon snacks. A common practice? :P
