    We booked this hotel through a German travel agent, so it was much cheaper than booking it directly. It is centrally located at the Panlong River, has nice views, a very good breakfast and spacious rooms with luxurious bath. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean. The taxi drivers will charge you 30 Yuan from the airport to the hotel, try to get a meter taxi, it will only cost 15 Yuan!

    There are many facilities as fitness center, sauna, tennis court and swimming pool, but we did not use any of them as we did not spend much time in the hotel. It also has a Chinese, Japanese and Western Restaurant, we ordered some food by using the room service and it was quite good.

    This hotel has a good location and the breakfast is great. Easy walking distance to shopping area. My only complaint was although the hotel was in general clean, the carpets have never seen a vacuum cleaner. We traveled with a 1 year old, and the carpets were too dirty to crawl on, she kept coming to us with wads of fuzz. I can't say I would have noticed this lapse in cleanliness without her.

    There really is a small size bowling alley on the 2-3 floor. No bumpers or shoe sizes < 4 if you are staying with children.

  • Directions: If you get starved for Western fast food, there is a KFC,McD and Pizza Hut in the shopping plaza within walking distance, but the Chinese resturant across the street has fantactic sweet sour chicken.
