Breakfast was on the 17th floor - a sumptous buffet spread of Chinese and Western cuisine with great views of the city and the Westlake. The lady at the concierge was helpful in assisting me in buying my train tickets to Suzhou. She immediately despatched the bellboy to the train station with the tickets. I only had to pay for the return taxi fare of RMB24.
