The traffic at Qing He Fang street is quite bad as there are many buses carrying tourists here and there isn't any really enough parking lots.So do look out for the traffic before you cross the road even if it is a pedestrian crossing.
The original pagoda was built more than a thousand years ago, but it had collapsed in 1924. The current pagoda was completed in 2001. This pagoda is associated with one of the greatest Chinese love stories - The White Snake. We did not actually go inside this pagoda, but just looked at it from a distance (it can be seen from The Long Bridge).
Beautifull place and very easy to get around. We borrowed a bike a went everywhere. The lake was wonderful.
Must see the Pagoda that is on a hill near the center of town. Go up there at night it is so amazing the way it is lit.. and the view..
food was not so good.. but we had no idea where to go.. I do not care for the local sweet fish dish
we went to hagendaz and got an ice cream fondu and they gave us these commemrative fondu sticks..
