The second level serves seafood. I dined at the second level where guests are seated in small salons holding 3 - 4 tables each. The service is attentive and friendly. Hairy crabs - this is a crab from the freshwater lakes of Jiangsu and Zhejiang province. They are called hairy crabs because of the bristles attached to their legs. You have to try these hairy crabs. The female crabs are laden with crab roe and are sweet and delicious. The price of a female crab is 78 RMB. You need to use your fingers to pry open the crab and peel out the meat slowly - it is part of the fun in eating these hairy crabs.
