Have you seen the address on a VT tip? If so, it would make sense to contact the VT member who wrote it, and can edit the tip so that it is correct.
If it's the tip I saw, then it was written in 2005 and the member has not logged in for a long time. Things do change, and it's always best to check the date of tips.

There used to be one in the beautiful historic building on HeFang Jie. It got replaced by a stupid McDonalds. The Irish bar moved to one of the big streets like Jianguo Bei Lu or Jiefang Lu. Wish I could remember exactly.
