Grand Pacific Hotel Ningbo: Yuyao's Best

The excuisite grand hall was a good enough reason to stay there. We knew we would like it from the moment we entered the hotel. During extended times of travel, places like this are often nice breaks from the usual desperate hotel-life. Feed me international food and I will love you forever, this is my new motto when I am in China, especially in Yuyao (sorry, I have never been a fan of Chinese Cuisine). They have a little restaurant on the first floor that serves good lunch with salad and desert buffet. All the food we tried were delicious. The main restaurant on the first floor serves traditional Chinese food, regardless we didn't have difficulty finding dishes we may like. The cheffs even made specific changes to certain food and cooked our way. Also, Pacific's Cantonese Restaurant which is on the first floor of the adjacent International Mansion is worth visiting. Even I, -after six visits- found a short list of Cantonese food that I actually enjoy, including -I guess- Go Lu Hai Huang Sha. I still think of it as a dessert, but anyway, what do I know of Chinese Cuisine.

Unique Quality: The food........I had a T-Bone steak in Yuyao, now does it get any better than that?
