The Ritz was fabulous! For someone who travelled to the other side of the world, i found it hospitable and friendly. The Hotel has 6 premium restaurants, superb concierge service and an available club level that offers food and drink 24/7 at no additional cost. I had a beautiful view of the Bay area while enjoying my meals at the Club.
For anyone looking for luxury, quality service,and peace of mind the Ritz makes you feel at home... A bottle of Veuve Cliquot before enjoying the night life is no problem at the Club, just ask and the staff will happily get it for you!
Did i mention that they will send a strech Mercedes to the airport to pick you up?
The Concierge service is exceptional, express check-in at the Club level was done in my room. I was greated by a Club rep as i got out of the limo and went straight to the room that was waiting for me, there i sign-in and that was it! After 23hours of flying i really enjoyed that.
The Club level has a special concierge/attendant that will answer any questions from shopping to banking etc...
The piano bar has a live Jazz singer and band that can sing Nate King Cole like you could not believe, the tea time is fabulous and very english like, and the cigars are the best Cubans money can buy.
The choice of 6 restaurant will keep you busy for your entire stay. From premium italian to Cantonese and ecclectic etc...
