One caveat is that it is a busy tourist hotel for mainland China...many tour groups. So the hotel fills fast and the better rates are going to be through the web rather than contacting them directly. My aunt in Hong Kong recommended the hotel. I found that it was much less expensive for me to book it through the web rather than for her to do it directly. I have included the website where I got my booking for this hotel. They offered the best rate in comparison to other sites that I had visited for the same time period and same hotels.
Nice restaurant and lounge inside hotel. Internet service available. Small shops line the downstairs corridor. It is in close proximity to the MTR. If you are headed to mainland China, it is right across the street from several bus agencies. Convienent to walk to the Bird and Flower market. Within walking distance to Ladies Market. Right on the bus route from the airport (the A21 bus). The hotel itself also offers airport transfer (with a charge).
