Staircase of death & Midget beds

Horrible hotel!
Signs for the hotel are not very clear . . You have to walk the first flight by faith that you are not entering a residence.
There is No Doorman to help you with your bags. There is no elevator. You are expected to carry your bags up a narrow spiral stairway.
When you get to the first floor (Note you start on ground so this is actually the 2nd floor but sounds better to people who forget they have to climb to the top of the building) you will be coldly greeted by hotel staff.
I was lucky enough to get a room on the top floor, and had 4 bags to carry one of which was very heavy. Of course there was no one to help with my bags. When I got to the top floor the Key did not work so I had to carry my brief case and camera case back down 5 floors to the reception (No phones in the hallways to call staff).

The receptionist went back up with me and showed me how to unlock the door and then PUSH (and I mean PUSH the door open) where I saw a room that would make a submariner closterfobic. . . I asked her about the bed which was jammed between three walls and incredibly short. She said this was a hotel standard. When looking on their website you see this is not normal and the bed in my room was never shown on their website.

Having arthritis in my feet and not wanting to find a new place at midnight (When I am leaving the next morning at 6:30) I stayed in the room that by their website "is perfectly suited to the needs of the business traveller, served by the latest technology, services and devices."
Do NOT Believe it for a second. The internet was worthless- it took several hours to check email and find their website online.

Unique Quality: - Bed was very short - suitable only for children and midgets
- Mirror was hidden behind the bathroom door
- there was no mirror above the sink to shave.
- Could not find the remote to activate the TV
- Could not find the remote to activate the air conditioner
- Sink in bathroom was very small and fixture covered most
- Internet was worthless - even going to Local websites.

This is not a hotel for business people. . . . more for back packers who want to rough it in a hotel.
