Ab fab place to stay, though nearly an hours drive (by taxi for us) part way around the island, it is away from the hustle and bustle of all the highrises near the airport, and is set in allmost a non touristy spot, or that is what it feels like, the hotel is a family run business who also own and run the ferry services from and to the other islands which is a two minite walk away, the family are great nothing is too much trouble, have a lovley big restaurant with a smaller cosier one off set, which is used as a bar , they have 3 computers there, that are free to residents, so you can check your emails, one thing is they have no lift so lugging suitcases up and down the stairs is a bit of a pain, but they will send someone to help, they have a pool we didn't actually use, lack of time, a gym wich is small but good, and it is quite a big place, set on a beach in a lovely bay. The surroundings are almost as though the hotel wasn't there, completley unspoilt and as the locals live.
very goodviews, mountains behind and the sea in front just a fab place, will be going back for a week in sept 07, facilities are second to none except the lack of a lift, is only threestorey though i think, room we had was basic but had everything we needed, hairdyer, tea facilities, air con, breakfast is great they put you up everything you could need, continental, cereals, toasts, traditional, and you can help yourself. they are quite happy to do anything anytime of day, toasties, sandwhiches, etc drinks.
