First impressions are very professional and a hotel that will go the extra mile for it's guests.

Beautiful surroundings and wonderfully luxurious rooms. We were lucky enough to stay in a harbour view room and it was superb.

Bathroom was awesome ... impressed with the TV in there - and spent a few nights in the bath watching Oprah!

The staff were very professional and proud of the hotel.

Great location as above a shopping centre and 5 minute walk through the mall to get to the MTR station.

Would throughly recommend staying if you get the chance as it was a wonderful experience ... supposidly one of the best Hotels in HK (I would agree).
