Starco: Better for the Budget traveller

We arrived from the airport and were dropped off just outside. After a very long journey we decided that a cold beer was in order before looking for accommodation.

We were asked if we wanted to have a look at their rooms. Glad we did.

Starco's has a good vibe to it with friendly staff. You can tell that they care about the place and there are great little touches. We have a double bed, table and chairs and shelves and with space to spare. The bathroom has been decorated in pebbles. We even were given soap. All this for 300R. The bed is Indian style as in hard.

When we said yes to the room we were given a welcome drink and the staff welcomed us.

There is a bar and restaurant out front that is popular, but the accommodation is tucked further back in the leafy courtyard.

Unique Quality: 300R for a clean and comfortable room. The main thing is the little touches, the plastic chairs have been painted different colours, pebbles on the walls of the bathroom.
