Tarika Jungal Retreat: LOOT AT TARIKA JUNGAL RETREAT CHAIL

my cousion went to attend a marriage ceremony at tarika jungal retreat chail, a loot occuresd there, her jewellery was looted there which costed 7lakhs. all this happened due to the negligence of hotel authority . it is a 5-star hotel, and the room in which they stayed costed rs26000 per day but the safety of the room was not according to the rent of the room. they went to attend the ceremony in the evening and when they came back they were not able to reliaze that something happened in their room.it was in the morning that they came to know that all her jewellery had gone. the theif was damm good at his/her work because we reliased that he or she would from hotel staff only.thief took all the jewellery and a sarri. we are wondering what was his purpose to take sarri.it is for sure that it all happened due to hotel staff nigligency as the ventilaters of the room were not mended properly .the most redicolius thing happened was that the hotel staff didn’t coperate instead they were blaming them for what happened.the gm of the hotel was so rude and it showed that they were involved in this incidence.

it was just a loot, but think,if they both would have been in the room what might happened?????? it may be possible that they could have lost their life even…

i feel it is my humane duty to post this news just to inform people that what had happened with them in future, nobody will suffer from this mishaved..
i am happy that they are fine now by the grace of god but the lost was much heavy..

location is ok....

PALACE HOTEL: Feel Like A Mahararajah

The Maharaja's Palace built in 1891 is now converted into a luxurious hotel by Himachal Tourism department. This is magnificent mansion where royalty may be experienced the guests staying here. This beautiful Palace has ornate furniture of old royalty, charming cottages, delightful log huts, thick forests, quiet walks, a 'lovers hill', an orchard, elegant lawns, badminton and lawn tennis court, billiards room etc. There is a children's park for tiny tots. Each regally appointed room, each quaint cottage and every warm log hut offers a memorable holiday. This hotel is ideal for couples on honeymoon and people in search of a secluded location to spend a quiet weekend. We choose to stay in the cottage because you can really enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings.
Tariffs range from INR 1800 for a regular double room to INR 8000/- for the Maharaja suite. The cottage accommodation is priced around INR 2000/- per day.

This hotel have comfortable log huts and cottages surrounded by dense forests and serene walks, sprawling lawns, a children’s park, a `lovers hill', and sports facilities. This place is a resort in the real sense of the term.

Palace of the Maharaja of Patiala: Royal abode

The Chail palace is on the Rajgarh hill and it grandly reflects the royal era of yesteryears. Built in 1891, the palace was converted into a Heritage Hotel in 1972. It has a blend of both western and eastern styles. With spectacular views from its position, amazing variety of accomodation including the Maharaja and Maharani suites, and the highest cricket ground in the world, its quite an experience spending time here.
