If you come to Goa for the beach or the party party party life, then you'll probably find what you're looking for. But, if you main purpose to come to Goa is for a dive outing, here's a tip: Dont.....The dive shop was fine, and it was nice to get underwater in India for a day. But, the visibility around here is pretty lousy, maybe 2 meters. (probably due to the fact that there is quite a bit of mining activity in the region. Also, the coral and fish population seemed to be pretty sparse.
There is some good diving south of here in the Lakshadweep Islands, I hear.... Maybe I'll try down that way next time around....
