basic but adequate

The hotel Mira is a basic hotel offering bed and breakfast at reasonable rates. There is a very good bar if thats your thing and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast setup is also good, toast with jam and butter, tea and fruit juice. You can order a full breakfast or other items ie.omelletes, boiled eggs at very reasonable prices. The Hotel overlooks a local settlement which is very entertaining if a little noisy at times. The noise is a bit of a problem if you are a light sleeper, the road traffic never seeems to stop and horns are peeped at all hours. Dogs barking and most annoying of all is the constant crowing from the birds. The pool was nice but a bit short on sunbeds. The reception has all the nessecary supplies you will need ie.mosquito repellant and coils for your room and it is not over priced. However we were enraged to find out that a fridge for the room for 2 weeks was £30, this was a bit steep in my estimation and obviously much needed in the heat. Rooms were cleaned regularly and beds quite comfortable.

A budget hotel in Calangute

For the friendly staff, nothing is too much of trouble as long as it makes you happy!! It's your home away from home!!
Mira now has one of the top Tai restaurants in Goa.
Oriental Thai is a fine dining option in North Goa.
Worth a try!

Nice Place

Really nice place. If you go in season they have a special menu . Service pretty good for the rates
