Basically, you make the online application and then print out the forms rather than just submit them online.
You can take your applications direct to teh agency 9either address) but there is no need. Simply stick everything in a nice, securely register delivery envelope, ensuring you have a self addressed registered envelope for the return journey :-)
The outsourcing is a pain because you HAVE to pay the agency fees! But the service is quick and efficient :-)

Many tourists come to Goa because of its beaches. They are many, including Anjuna Beach which has dragged people to Goa for decades.
