WORST EXPERENCE EVER

Hello folks

Just thought of sharing my views about this terrible *** hotel that i
stayed in February 2011. From outside it looks very good with all the grand
extrance and the surroundings but the moment you enter the rooms that you
know that you have been taken for a ride. I will start with the service :

Unique Quality: Service - The guy at the reception looks like a ROWDY who doesnt know how
to talk and is very rude. You call for assistance and then realize the
phone doesnt work. You have to go all the way to the reception walking.

Facilities - The bed and blankets are full of dust and unclean. The AC
makes such a loud noise that you cant sleep at night and it starts after
evening only so all day time without A/C. The bathroom stinks and its
unbearable upon that the lights are very dim. Have look at the room and you
realize that no renovation has been done after the inauguration by Mr
Manohar Joshi I suppose... The dining room is not at all clean even though
the food was average. They have a decent disco room but the lighting was
terrible and the loud sound, a pain in the ear.

Personal experience - Only one word 'HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE'

I decided to post my reviews after I saw many Hotels anD resorts taking
people like us for a ride. This has to stop may be its the Lokpal effect on
me to fight against any kind of wrong doing.
