I was in Hyderabad in November 2008 when I visited Secunderabad on 2-3 occasions as these are twin cities and close by to each other.
The very thought of Secunderabad brings into my mind the delicious hyderabadi biryani that I had at the famous Paradise restaurant there. Its a must if you are visiting Hyderabad
