I know a service apartment provider who charges Rs1500/- per day and is negotiable if the stay is longer .The service apartments are at banjara hills and lakadikapul.

But you had asked for a furnished flat ..& i think Hyderabad has less offers for furnished apartments ..but yes if you can share i think there are lot of cheaper options.

This is a no frills place in Mozamjahi market.The location itself is like a must visit for first time visitors.It is situated in the legendary fruit market called Mozamjahi market. You get icecreams made of seasonal fruits.Just go and take your pick.The prices are reasonable and so you could very well end up trying more than a few flavours!so have a light dinner/lunch and then take a drive here!
The secret lake as it is sometimes called is close to Shilparamam crafts village,near hitech city.The A.P.tourism board organises boat rides here.You could spend sometime here on you way to or back from Shilparamam or the hitech city.
