Hi All,
I am planning to visit chandar Tal and Bara shigri glacier which comes in lahaul and spiti region.Is it possible to reach at both these destination by Car(dont want to trek) and where i can get accomodation to stay in nights
and how many days i should reserve for both these places.

The period between June to November is considered the best time to visit this region, so luckily you need not worry about the route. But one important thing by which car you want to cover these places, for reaching Lahaul and Spiti region you need SUVs, biking is another way to reach these destination. I will suggest you to cover these destination by bikes if you are alone. Next plenty of accommodation options are available enroute and time of two to three days is sufficient. Actualy i am planning to visit on this weekend itself and i will go through Innova.Will it be safe to visit with Innova.
This is road to Rohtang pass.Its not open in April,but i have to tell this best scenic route,
the road goes steep climb,but view from here is breathtaking.Its picture perfect.
Its such pleaseure to watch mountains.
Rohtang pass connects Kullu-Manali and the Leh for few months.To go Leh-Ladak ,via Manali too you can go,when this pass opens.
Rohtang pass is highest peak in this region may beits 13,060ft above sea level.
