EXTREMELY SHAMELESS, LYING & CHEATING STAFF
Hidden charges are levied; rooms not cleaned regularly; stated amenities are not provided; food taste just ok but hygiene an issue as we all fell sick despite drinking only packaged mineral water. Gym/playroom in bad shape - broken table tennis table, carrom board worn out, billiards table not functional, treadmill not functional; water supply issues; electricity outages very frequent; no guidance & help; staff is inclined to lie & cheat, and even raise their voice levels. No transparency in terms of tariffs & package inclusions. Projected as a great property but mismanaged to hilt. Worst experience ever in more than 12 years of active traveling across India. Better avoid this hotel at all costs. Much better hotels available in Manali at half the cost. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Unique Quality: VISIT THIS HOTEL TO EXPERIENCE THE MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. MISBEHAVING FRONT OFFICE STAFF THAT LIES AND CHEATS, AND ON TOP OF THAT, SHOWS AGGRESSIVENESS.
Best to avoid this hotel. Terrible experience - staff is aggressive, rude & knows not even the 'h' of hospitality.

Third class terrible hotel
Third class hotel. I got the hotel booked through an agent. I visited this hotel in the month of June, 2011. There was no cleanliness, bathrooms are filthy with the bathtub so dirty. It seams to be an old hotel, and most part of the hotel stinks with smell of urine. Even super-deluxe rooms are dirty and uncomfortable.
Unique Quality: I left the hotel the very first night, it was a nightmare with me and my family.
