Of course it will b still winter time in Manali around Feb. You can visit vashist baths.Hidimba temple,Tibetan Monastery,Arjun Gufa etc.

Manali is a popular holiday destination, perched on the northern extremity of the Kullo valley.
Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, famous for its wooden carvings, and Vashisht(3 kms) renowned for its hot springs and temples.
Solang valley(13 kms) has good ski slopes and Rothang Pass(51 kms) that links the Kullu and Lahaul valleys.
